International Orders

If your order is being shipped to an address outside the U.S., the following must hold:

• The order can be shipped only to either the United Kingdom and Canada.
• Shipping methods are limited to UPS and USPS.
• Shipping payment can be made through only an international money order made out to Al-Basheer Publications and drawn upon a US Bank, or any of the major credit cards as listed on this site.
• For any international order outside Canada and The UK,  please contact us at sales@al-basheer.com or call us click here for phone numbers to arrange shipping and payment.
• Customs/Import Duties
  On International orders, customs and import duties are applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and will vary from country to country. we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

   

If your order is being shipped to an address within the U.S., the following must hold:

• You can choose any of UPS Ground, USPS, or Priority Mail as your shipping method.
  Through UPS Ground, the order will take 5-6 business days, excluding holidays, to reach its destination.
  USPS BookRate takes about 2 to 3 weeks, excluding holidays.
  USPS Priority Mail takes 3-4 business days, excluding holidays, to deliver the order to its destination.
• Shipping payment can be made through check, money order made out to Al-Basheer Publications and drawn upon a US Bank, or any of the major credit cards as listed on this site.
• Free shipping on order of 100 dollars and over, UPS Ground 3-5 business days US 48 States ( Alaska and Hawaii are excluded  from Free Shipping ).

• You may return most items sold by al-basheer.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
  
  Returning to al-basheer.com:
  • We'll refund your online purchase if you:
    • Return new books, unopened CDs, cassettes, VHS tapes, DVDs, all textbooks, prints & posters, and software in their original condition.
    • Include your receipt (packing slip) .
    • Return within 15 days of delivery date.

  Note:
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
     
  • Returns made to al-basheer.com will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
     
  • Bulk orders of 50 copies or more are not returnable to al-basheer.com

   

  • Sending the product as a gift will not necessary exclude it from customer, please make sure to inform the party receiving the gift that he may receive a customer charge

  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
