International Orders

If your order is being shipped to an address outside the U.S., the following must hold:

• The order can be shipped only to either the United Kingdom and Canada.
• For any international order outside Canada and The UK,  please contact us at [email protected] or call us click here for phone numbers to arrange shipping and payment.
• Shipping methods are limited to UPS and USPS.
• Shipping payment can be made through only an international money order made out to Al-Basheer Publications and drawn upon a US Bank, or any of the major credit cards as listed on this site.
• Customs/Import Duties
  On International orders, customs and import duties are applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and will vary from country to country. we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
• Please note: Sending the product as a gift will not necessarily exclude it from customs, please make sure to inform the party receiving the gift that he/she may receive a customs charge.
  

Local (US) Orders

If your order is being shipped to an address within the U.S., the following must hold:

• You can choose any of UPS Ground, USPS, or Priority Mail as your shipping method.
  Through UPS Ground, the order will take 5-6 business days, excluding holidays, to reach its destination.
  USPS BookRate takes about 2 to 3 weeks, excluding holidays.
  USPS Priority Mail takes 3-4 business days, excluding holidays, to deliver the order to its destination.
• Shipping payment can be made through check, money order made out to Al-Basheer Publications and drawn upon a US Bank, or any of the major credit cards as listed on this site.
• Free shipping on order of 100 dollars and over, UPS Ground 3-5 business days US 48 States ( Alaska and Hawaii are excluded  from Free Shipping ).
